A new presidential aspirant has emerged as US property tycoon Donald Trump expressed his intention of running for president in the 2012 US Elections, according to international news.

Trump, a Republican billionaire, is currently the star of the reality show, “Celebrity Apprentice.” When interviewed by ABC News, Trump said that once he decided to run as president in 2010, he can “easily” spend more than $200 Million (£126m) of his personal money on his campaign. Trump is eager to run because it will be “fun” and he really wanted to “see some positive things happen for the country.”

With the earlier claim of former Alaska Governor Sarah Palin that she can beat President Barack Obama in 2012, Trump is very much ready to take on her. Palin is one of the many Republicans who are out to challenged President Obama in 2012. The other Republicans who are being lined up to face President Obama in 2012, includes former House Speaker Newt Gingrich, 2008 Republican candidate Mitt Romney, and Minnesota Governor Tim Pawlenty.

During the ABC interview, Trump added that he might be able to come up with his decision by June.
