According to Los Angeles Times on Tuesday, Leonardo DiCaprio has listed his Malibu home as for sale, noting that public records show the property was sold in 2002 for $6 million, and the ‘Titanic’ actor bought it in 2010 for an undisclosed amount.

As noted in their report in early June, DiCaprio listed his 1927-built house, which is inspired by oceanfront Cape Cod and was recently remodeled, for $75,000 a month for a long-term tenant or $150,000 a month for leases of less than six months.

As described at Trulia.com, DiCaprio‘s property, which is spread around in 2,633 square feet, is located at 23736 Malibu Colony Rd, Malibu, California 90265, and has two other separate houses, a total of 7 bedrooms, including the four bedrooms in the main house sitting on the ocean side in a total lot area of 0.43 acres.

In addition, the single-family home has a parking lot for 6 cars, 6.5 bathrooms, a beachfront deck terrace where people can relax right in front of the sea, a fire pit, gardens and lawn, media room, and carpeted Hardwood floors.

Meanwhile, Zillow.com noted that the 37-year old ‘Django Unchained’ star also owns another home in Malibu, and recently bought a new eco-friendly Battery Park penthouse in Manhattan, New York, where he spends most his time.
