Diablo 3 is officialy available starting Tuesday, May 15, 2012, gaming news sites reported that day. However, due to the high volume of traffic, gamers encounter problems, specifically “Error 37” when logging in.

According to reports, “Error 37” is being displayed when the connection to the Diablo 3 servers does not succeed in 40 seconds.

“Due to high concurrency the login servers are currently at full capacity. This may cause delays in the login process, account pages and web services. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for your patience while this is being resolved,” Blizzard, the game developer reportedly said in a statement.

Some gamers took their disappointment to Twitter, causing the hashtag #error37 to trend worldwide. One of the notable tweets is from Twitter user @adora, who tweeted: “Man, Diablo 3 III is super hard. I’ve been playing for 30 minutes and haven’t even defeated the login screen. #error37”

Situation is expected to improve significantly in the next 48 hours when the demands for the Diablo 3 servers subside, reports said.
