Delta Airlines plane emergency landing at Ninoy Aquino International Airport

Manila, Philippines – An Delta Airlines aircraft made an emergency landing at the Ninoy Aquino International Airport (NAIA) on Sunday morning due to technical problems, as reported by ABS-CBN News.

According to the report, a Delta Airlines plane with flight DL 630 made an emergency landing at NAIA, about 30 minutes after it took off from NAIA Terminal 1.

The Boeing 747 passenger plane, which was said to have more than 300 passengers and crew on board landed safely at Runway 06-24 at 7:34 a.m, Sunday.

The said flight, which was supposed to be on its way to Detroit, US via Nagoya in Japan, was reported to be canceled eventually, six hours later.

As of this writing, no further information on what have caused the technical problems of the plane was announced.
