This Spring Ahead and Fall Back App was said to be a project a non-profit by Institute for Dynamic Educational Advancement (IDEA), and was launched on October 27, 2010.

According to their official website, the Daylight Saving Time (DST) Spring Ahead and Fall Back App is now available at Apple Apps store for $1.99.

This app will help iPhone, iPad and iPod Touch users around the world to get calendar alerts as US will change its time on November 7, 2010.

Using a 3D globe, users can also know whether or not a country will use the Daylight Saving Time (DST) after they enter the name of that country.

In case a particular country will use DST, the date and time it will start or end during any given year can be determined on the said app.
