Based on current reports of various entertainment news sites as of May 18, 2011, Ralph Macchio and Karina Smirnoff did not make it to the finals of Dancing With The Stars. Although saddened by being eliminated, apparently Judge Bruno Tonioli’s remarks after their samba routine left them even more displeased.

Allegedly, after the pair finished their very sexy samba, TV censors put out of sight Bruno using the “p” word when he described Karina’s outfit. As they were shaken at Bruno’s remarks at that point of the show, Karina visibly held Ralph back to prevent him from saying something back.

Karina revealed to US Weekly that after the comments she felt very dirty. As Karina admits, “Today was just inappropriate and rude and uncalled for.”  Karina confirmed that Bruno “wouldn’t make eye contact” with her after the incident.

Ralph was reportedly quoted saying, “That was just really an unprofessional thing to do.  We went a little bigger than life.  This was a chance to just break out and be funny and fun.  The judges bought it with lots of others but they didn’t buy it with us.”

As Karina, based on similar report, reciprocates by saying, “I truly think it’s personal.  Because there’s no reason why it happened the way it did.  We worked our butts off and we truly rely on our fans and we love them.  At the end of the day we have the most beautiful memories, fun memories to share, and that’s what we thrive on.”
