Based on recent entertainment reports as of May 17, 2011, the duo, Hines Ward and Kym Johnson, received a perfect score despite a serious neck injury last Friday for their Argentine Tango and eventually came back with another 10-10-10 for their salsa.

Related reports declared how NFL star Hines was all smiles at the end of his salsa, but at the end of his Argentine Tango, he was a bit teary. “Praise to God that she’s still walking,” Hines allegedly said after the performance.

Similarly, reports mentioned how the audience was brought to tears as pro Kym Johnson danced a perfect 10.  Likewise, video was shown as Johnson fell to the floor during a complicated lift, which prompted hospitalization.

As part of the shown accompanying footage, Hines Ward told reporters, “You never wanna see your partner…we’ve been together for 10 weeks and that Friday was the worst Friday ever, to see your partner carted off and just being in the hospital with her and going over the MRIs. You start contemplating, what could I have done? Could I have prevented the fall? You start second guessing yourself and then you put things in perspective. It was a trying week. To be honest with you, I didn’t even think about dancing. I was more concerned with her safety than anything.”

It’s notable that NFL star Hines Ward and partner Kym Johnson will dance in next week’s final round of competition in “Dancing with the Stars.
