Christmas e-cards for 2011 are offered free by various websites such as PhotoCardsDirect.com, Gotfreecards.com and Katies eCards, as disclosed by the ecard providers themselves this month of November 2011.

According to PhotocardsDirect, it has released new free ecards and allows customers to create an E-Card and sent it online. Free Christmas e-cards are also offered by Katies ecards. The e cards company announced the release of the Thanksgiving cards previously and now the Runaway Turkey Christmas e card.

Apparently the ease of use and free services offered by Christmas e-cards had increased its popularity. Katies cards reportedly produced more interactive and a variety of Christmas e-cards for any customer’s preferences.

Even Facebook has participated in early November in a Paypal application called “Send Money” that allows Facebook users to send money to other users readily. For Facebook however, the payment of any type of e-card, whether thanksgiving or Christmas ecards can be attached to the ecard/s.

Additional reports said that the use of  free Christmas e-cards, reached around 500 million yearly and would still increase because of interactive, fun and more digitally attractive Christmas electronic cards.
