Chelsea Clinton Apartment in New York City is Worth $10.5 Million (Photos)

Chelsea Clinton and husband, Marc Mezvinsky, reportedly acquired a new apartment worth $10.5 million at The Whitman building in Madison Square Park, New York. The former first daughter and her husband are expected to transfer to their new posh Manhattan apartment in June.

The couple’s 5,000 square foot apartment at 21 East 26th St. has four bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms with Italian marbles, and oak floors. It’s living room is overlooking the Madison Square Park.

The Whitman building, first built in 1924, has a private gym for residents and an elevator access.

According to a real estate broker, several notable individual has already looked into the apartment earlier, including New York Yankees top slugger Alex Rodriguez.

Reports say that the 33-year-old Clinton and her 35-year-old husband were impressed with the building’s tight security and quiet surrounding.

Former President Bill Clinton and ex-Secretary of State Hillary Clinton went for a tour of the place last Sunday, March 10.

The area was undergoing some minor renovations when the Clinton‘s conducted a surprise visit of the New Georgian-style pre-war building.
