Charles Barkley, an NBA Hall of Famer and Turner Network Television (TNT) basketball analyst is considering to donate his salary to charity during the NBA lockout, several sports news sites reported on Wednesday, October 12, 2011.

According to reports, Barkley said that he feels uncomfortable accepting his paychecks during the NBA lockout and he is leaning towards donating it to charity.

“I haven’t told anybody, but I’m actually — believe it or not — I’m leaning toward donating it to charity. I don’t think it’s cool for me to take money I haven’t earned,” Barkley was quoted as saying.

“My decision is either going to be defer it or give it to charity,” Barkley reportedly told ESPN in Chicago.
