Bridget Jones’s Diary: Third Movie Confirmed, Stars Renée Zellweger, Hugh Grant and Colin Firth Has Yet to Confirm

According to “Working Title,” the “Bridget Jones’s Diary,” a third movie adaptation will be filmed based on a third book reportedly being written by author Helen Fielding. This has been revealed also by entertainment sites, August 12, 2011.

The “Bridget Jones’s Diary,” the first movie adaptation of the popular book written by Helen Fielding, and the second film, “Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason,” have earned well world-wide that the producer, “Working Title,” has decided to start filming a third movie.

The first film, “Bridget Jones’s Diary in 2001 starred Renée Zellweger, Hugh Grant and Colin Firth and was directed by Sharon Maguire. Renée Zellweger, was nominated to the Academy Award for her role in the movie.

The second movie, “Bridget Jones: The Edge of Reason” has been released in 2004 and has starred the same cast, Renée Zellweger, Hugh Grant and Colin Firth.

Zellweger played the role of Bridget Jones; Grant played Zellweger’s boss, Daniel Cleaver; and Colin Firth played Mark Darcy, the other person in the love triangle.

Further reports stated that Renée Zellweger, Colin Firth and Hugh Grant have yet to confirm their participation in the third movie of the “Bridget Jones’s Diary.”
