Black Eyed Peas to Perform on Superbowl 45 Half Time Show

Black Eyed Peas will perform on Bridgestone Super Bowl XLV Halftime Show on FOX at Cowboys Stadium in North Texas on Sunday, February 6, 2011, as reported on their website. 

It is a big break for Black Eyed Peas, since this year, Super bowl 44 Half Time Show has been viewed by more than 153 million viewers in the United States. It is expected that the same or more viewers will watch Super bowl 45.

Since 1995, Black Eyed Peas got six-time Grammy award-winning, multi-platinum recording artists, sold more than 28 million albums worldwide and more than 30.8 million digital tracks.

Today, Black Eyed Peas will release it’s new album, entitled The Beginning, on Interscope Records that includes the hit new single “The Time (Dirty Bit)”.  The Beginning is the follow-up to the group’s blockbuster CD The E.N.D. which has sold more than 11 million copies world-wide, while spending 52 weeks on the Billboard Top 200 chart, their website site reports.
