Schwarzenegger’s marriage is now under fire as his wife Maria Shriver has reportedly hired a divorce lawyer.

As noted at The New York Times on Thursday, May 19, 2011, Schwarzenegger put his movie career on hold, after his announcement of being a father out of wed lock.

Reports say that the mother of the child is his family’s former household staff for 20 years named Mildred Baena.

“We asked Creative Artists Agency to inform all his motion picture projects currently under way or being negotiated to stop planning until further notice.” Schwarzenegger’s lawyer Patrick Knapp was quoted in a statement.

Governor Schwarzenegger is focusing on personal matters and is not willing to commit to any production schedules or timelines.” The lawyer added, who noted that the filming will resume only after the 63-year old actor-politician decides to do so.

As earlier reported, a comic book entitled “The Governator” which will also be an animated TV series are being set for launch, and no reports yet on what will happen to these projects.
