Applebee’s restaurant in Detroit now faces a new lawsuit filed by the parents of a toddler that was mistakenly served with an alcohol, according to reports by several international sites.

The 15-month-old Dominic Lacey Wilson was given a margarita in a sipping glass instead of her mother’s ordered apple juice last Friday, April 8 at Applebee’s restaurant in Madison Heights, Michigan.

Dominic‘s parents, Taylor Dill-Reese and Dominic Wilson, filed a lawsuit against Applebee’s on Tuesday, April 12, 2011 in Oakland County. The lawsuit is seeking monetary claims for the emotional distress suffered by the victims, for medical bills and other non-economic losses.

According to the lawsuit filed, hospital findings showed that Dominic’s blood alcohol content went up to 0.10 which is above Michigan’s drunk-driving limit of 0.08.
