Apple sues Motorola with two separate lawsuits for mobile phones patents, as published at ZDNet.com on Saturday.

According to the reports, Apple sued Motorola in a US federal court, for an alleged violation of patent rights on different Motorola cell phones.

Among the cell phones that were said to include in the patent case are Droid, Droid 2, Droid X, Cliq, Cliq XT, Devour A555, BackFlip, Devour i1, and Charm.

The lawsuits, in which copies with complete information can be found PatentlyApple blog and was believed to be the first one to post online, was reportedly were filed on October 29 and covers six patents.

The main document on the first complaint was said to have 9 pages only, but one exhibit is broken into two parts and has 362 pages.

Earlier this month, there was news that Motorola that sued Apple with the U.S. International Trade Commission (ITC) for an alleged technology patent infringement.
