The controversial house of Anna Nicole Smith in Los Angeles, as shown in the photos below, where the late Hollywood star filmed her reality TV show “The Anna Nicole Show“, is now for sale worth $1.75 million.

According to TMZ on Monday, August 1, 2011, Anna Nicole Smith’s house went on sale on Sunday and the money will go back to the former Guess model’s estate.

Anna Nicole Smith, then 26, married oil business tycoon 89-year old J. Howard Marshall in 1994, who passed away in 1995, which the former had a lengthy legal battle over a share of his estate.

As noted at Realtor.com where it was recently put on listing, Anna Nicole Smith’s house is 4,700 square feet and was described as a contemporary Mediterranean style home.

The controversial house, which is located at 3646 Avenida Del Sol, Studio City, California, was noted to have five bedrooms including a giant master bedroom, 5 total full bathrooms and 1 total half bathroom.

In addition, the single-family home, which is sitting on a 0.42 acres lot, also has a 4-car garage; huge chandeliers, a living room with a dual fireplace; and a huge kitchen with granite countertops.

Among other features of the said house include a fitness center, an abundance of cabinetry and a built-in refrigerator; a formal dining room; and an open floor plan.

From the outside, the house can be seen with a dramatic two-story entry with an iron staircase railing and hardwood and marble flooring; and being surrounded by panoramic views, canyon and city lights.
