Anna Nicole Smith’s home has been finally sold for $1.75 million, and all the proceeds will go to her daughter Dannielynn Birkhead, 6, who recently became a model for Guess Kids, a career that her mother was once known for. The controversial house was listed for sale back in August 2011 for the same price.
According to NBC Los Angeles on Thursday, January 17, 2013, Anna Nicole’s home was sold to Rouzbeh Zoka, the trustee of the Rouzbeh Zoka 2012 revocable trust; and deposited $39,000 as part of the selling price. All the proceeds of the sale, after taxes and real estate commissions, will go to Dannielynn.
As noted in the report, a judge finally approved the sale of the 4,700 square-foot home for $1.3 million this Tuesday, January 15, which the late Guess model bought $1.335 million in April 2005 under her given name, Vickie Lynn Marshall. This is where Anna Nicole filmed her reality TV show “The Anna Nicole Show.”
After the death of Anna Nicole Smith in February 2007 at the age of 39, Dannielynn and her father Larry Birkhead moved into the controversial house. Its address is 3646 Avenida Del Sol, Studio City, California and sitting on a 18,000-square-foot lot. A huge painting of Anna Nicole can be seen in the entrance hall.
Based on an earlier description, the three-floor Mediterranean-style house have five bedrooms including a giant master bedroom, 5 total full bathrooms, and 1 total half bathroom. It has has 20-foot ceilings, hardwood and marble floors, a remodeled kitchen, custom chandeliers, a gym with weight room.
In addition, the Anna Nicole’s house has huge chandeliers, a living room with a dual fireplace; and a huge kitchen with granite countertops. Outside the huge mansion can be found a swimming pool, four-car garage, and a massive deck and balconies to take in the sweeping panoramic views of the canyons and city lights.
