American Bread for Media Noche on New Year’s Eve 2010 is out of stock in San Jose, Batangas

SAN JOSE, Batangas — As of 6:00 p.m. of December 31, 2010, New Year’s Eve, tasty bread or American bread or loaf bread, however, you may want to call it, is nowhere to be found in any bakery in San Jose, Batangas. Stocks has run out, on the day before 2011, for the first time in more than three years now due to the unexpected brisk sales has not happened before.

San Jose is a municipality in the Province of Batangas in the southern part of Luzon in the Philippines. It is situated between Lipa City and Batangas City.

In an interview with bakery owners in San Jose, more than 300 bags of flour were baked into tasty breads for New Year’s Eve Sales 2010. These bread comes in small (250 grams), medium (400 grams), large (500 grams) and jumbo (600 grams) sizes.

Bakery owners were surprised by the sales turnout, as consumers flock to the bakeries and market stalls. Other bakeries have ran out of stock as early as 2:00 p.m. today.

During the interview, bakery owners were one in saying that the outcome of today’s sales seems to be a good sign for all bakeries in San Jose in 2011.
