Ali Lohan’s weight loss is not due to surgery and her skinny look is just normal for her age, which is contrary to rumors that the 17-year old aspiring model had.

As reported at E! News on Thursday, September 8, 2011, Lindsay Lohan and Next Model agency are both denying the allegation that Ali underwent a weight loss surgery.

“She has never,” Lindsay Lohan, Ali‘s older sister, told E! News that Ali’s “new look” is not a product of any medical operation. This is also what Next Model Management said.

“Contrary to recent reports, I can confirm that Aliana Lohan has not had any surgery. As a young girl who is growing up, it’s natural for her facial features to change slightly, and we see this with many of the younger models we represent.” Next Model agency director Alexis Borges was quoted on the report.

Aliana is a beautiful 17-year-old girl who is growing into her face and body, as is the norm for someone of her age. We take pastoral care of our models very seriously and encourage the models to maintain a healthy lifestyle and body shape.” Borges added.

Last Wednesday, photos of Ali Lohan surfaced online and apparently far from her usual looks. She now looked thin and her face now shows her cheek bone, and obviously has lost a lot of weight.

Aliana Lohan started a modeling career last month and signed a contract for Next Model Management, which also represents Mila Jovovich, Molly Sims and Miranda Kerr.
