Airphil Express Expects A Normal Flight Operation Today

Airphil Express was reported earlier having several domestic flights cancelled due to pilot shortage. The affected routes was only A320 flights, while other flights on their Turbo prop routes using their Q300 and Q400 fleet were all remained normal on schedule.

Quoted from ABS-CBN news website, Airphil Express pilots had exceeded their quota in flying hours and could no longer be tapped, Maria Java, vice-president for marketing and media of Airphil Express said.

Today, Airphil Express expects its flight service to be back to normal operations. Additional Airphil Express flights using Q300 and Q400 aircraft were also mounted to meet present needs for the affected A320 routes.
