After Nike Commercial, LeBron James launches his own official website

After the controversial New Nike Rise Commercial, LeBron James launches his own official website, as he announced it on his Twitter account on Wednesday.

LeBron James, the two-time NBA Most Valuable Player (MVP) told his Twitter followers (about 960,000 as of this writing) that his site is now running.

According to Fox Sports, LeBron James’ website went live during the season opener, Miami Heat vs Boston Celtics.

“This season is a new start and it will be a growing and learning experience for me,” James said, as told Fox Sports.

LeBronJames.com will allow my fans to be a part of my journey in a fun and empowering way.” He added.

After receiving a lot of criticisms and praises for his controversial decision to leave Cleveland Cavaliers to play for Miami Heat, LeBron James said he hopes that his website can help him connect with his fans.

“The goal of LeBronJames.com is to empower my fans. I wanted to do something fun and creative to show another side of me and to help others lead healthier and more active lifestyles.” The Miami Heat star player said during the Fox Sports interview.
