According to WSJ, the $60 million dream house, built by developer Felix Cohen and Shlomi Alexander, is a 10-bedroom, 30- square-foot glass-fronted home divided by waterways and koi ponds.

The luxurious mansion has a hidden art vault, a wine room that can only be opened through fingerprint identification, a 3-D movie theaters projection, and an elaborated security system.

And just like other mega-mansions, security systems, hot-tub temperature, lighting, televisions, heat are only among that can be controlled remotely via an iPad or cellphone, which adds to the conveniences for long-distance owners.

The extravagant mansion was said to be made of Austrian oak, rare marble, and Mother of Pearl all throughout, while the masters bathroom gold-flecked marble which were personally picked-up by the developers themselves.

Apparently, the mansion’s waterfall cascading from the second floor was greatly inspired by the Amanyara resort in the Turks and Caicos Islands, in which its architect, Rene Gonzalez describe it as a ‘private resort’.

Oren Alexander, the son of one of its developers and also marketing the house outside Miami says that the furniture inside will be a big selling point.

Developers told WSJ that they are confident that the $60 million dream house will be sold before the end of this month.
