A $221 Million apartment in One Hyde Park, London was bought by an anonymous Ukranian buyer in 2007 but the documents were only filed last week, according to reports by several international news sites.

The 25,000-square feet apartment is considered as the expensive apartment in the United Kingdom.

The three-floor apartment is being maintained by 60 staff that were trained at the Mandarin Hotel. It has a wine cellar, cinema, bulletproof windows and the whole building was made from 15 types of stone.

The building was developed by Nick and Christian Candy. The interior design was handled by Nick Candy‘s Candy & Candy design company. The owner reportedly spent $97.6 million for the interior design.
