Apparently, the $100 million ATM receipt shows that it was dated Saturday, June 18 at 10:14 pm with the account owner’s name not included, and was found in East Hampton Village.

In addition, the ATM receipt indicated a withdrawal of $400 from a personal savings account with a fee of $2.75, and the account number’s last four digits were covered.

Reports said that a Wall Street executive found the ATM receipt but his identity was not revealed, as DealBreaker.com, a financial news website, was said to be the first one to publish its photo online on Wednesday, June 29.

To be exact, the remaining balance in the said account is $99,864,731.94 and the account owner remains a mystery as of this writing.

On the other hand, Deal Breaker claimed it was from David Tepper, a well-known billionaire hedge fund manager and chief of Appaloosa Management.

However, the 53-year old financial mogul, who reportedly bought a mansion in Sagaponack early this year and paid $43.5 million in cash, denied it in a report at New York Post on Thursday, June 30.

“I was not even in East Hampton in the entire month of June.” Tepper was quoted on the report, adding that he was on a vacation somewhere else with all of his family members.

“I would never do something as irresponsible as leaving $100 million in a savings account,” he added.
