As noted on its official website, the ‘Skyfall‘ movie will be the 23rd James Bond movie and will mark the 50th anniversary of the famous British secret agent created by Ian Fleming; with the last 007 film Quantum of Solace released in 2008 also featured Daniel Craig as James Bond.

According to the movie plot description, James Bond‘s loyalty to M will be tested as her past comes back to haunt her; and as MI6 is being attacked, Agent 007 must track down the threat and eliminate it, regardless on how personal the cost will be.

This James Bond ‘Skyfall’ movie, directed by Sam Mendes, is produced by Eon Productions for MGM, Columbia Pictures and Sony Pictures Entertainment; and is also the third Bond movie for Daniel Craig since Casino Royale in 2006.

Among other cast included in this James Bond 2012 movie are Judi Dench, who has been playing the role of M since 1995, Javier Bardem as Raoul Silva, along with Ralph Fiennes, Albert Finney, Naomie Harris, Berenice Marlohe, and Ben Whishaw.

Last month, Greek actress Tonia Sotiropoulou announced on her official Facebook page that she is included in this 007 movie, after she failed the audition last year for the role of Severine, which went to Marlohe, with this James Bond 2012 film to be shown in UK on October 26, 2012 and on November 9, 2012 in the US.
