Windows 7 Service Pack 1 (SP1) Now Available

According to several technology sites, Service Pack 1 (SP1) for Windows 7 is now available for download from Microsoft Download Center.

According to reports, the SP1 contains bug fixes, previously released security, stability and performance updates for Windows 7. It also includes feature improvements such as improved reliability when connecting to HDMI audio devices, printing using the XPS Viewer and restoring previous folders in Windows Explorer after restarting. Client-side support for RemoteFX and Dynamic Memory were also included.

The Windows 7 SP1 is also available on Windows Update. Download sizes are 750MB for 32-bit Windows 7 and 1050MB for the 64-bit version.
