Willie Revillame Officially Joins TV5

Just today, TV5 Management released their official statement that Willie Revillame is officially a TV5 talent.

According to reports, the contract signing was done last September 7, 2010 at a house in Forbes Park in the presence of TV5 executives Bobby Barreiro, Rey Espinosa, Vic del Rosario and Willie‘s lawyer Boy Regino.

After the contract signing, TV5 Chairman Manny V. Pangilinan welcomed Willie in the network with a toast of champagne.

Reports said that Willie Revillame will host a new variety and game show on primetime. “Willing Willie” is the name of Willie‘s new show that he will co-produce and a talent show search entitled ” Born to Be a Star”.

“Willing Willie” is said to start on October 10, 2010 but it was just a rumor. In the official press release of TV5, it was not stated when the said show will start. According to Willie, they are still on the process of finalizing the time slot and the exact date to launch the show.
