Based on the 24/7 Wall St. research, Bill Clinton is the only living president who made it into the top ten list of richest U.S. presidents with a net worth of $55 million.
Topping the 2013 list of wealthiest U.S. presidents is George Washington, who reportedly has over half a billion dollars in net worth.

Current dollar value was used to determine the net worth of living presidents. The research take into consideration the individual presidents’ land, estimated lifetime savings based on work history, inheritance and homes.
