Taylor Swift, Miranda Lambert lead the list of Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards 2011 winners

Taylor Swift received the Entertainer of the Year award at the 46th Annual Academy of Country Music (ACM) Awards night on Sunday, while fellow nominee Miranda Lambert won 4 major awards.
Swift, 21, won her first ACM Entertainer of the Year award, which is the being won by votes, with nearly 600,000 voters who participated this year, reports say.
“I feel like of all that has happened to me in my life, that’s the best thing I’ve ever gotten to have,” Taylor Swift told reporters after the show.
“My relationship with them is everything to me.” The ‘Mean’ singer added, whose album ‘Speak Now’ have reportedly sold more than 1 million copies on its first week alone.
On the other hand, Miranda Lambert bagged 4 major awards including the Top Female Vocalist award, which she won for two consecutive years.
Lambert’s song ‘The House That Built Me‘, which was by Tom Douglas and Allen Shamblin, won Song of the Year, Single Record of the Year, and Video of the Year awards.
On the other hand, Brad Paisley won Top Male Vocalist award, which is on his fifth consecutive year in winning the title, thanked his fans and jokingly said, “This is way too many for me.”
Meanwhile, Lady Antebellum won three awards including Top Vocal Group award, Album of the Year for their album “Need You Now”, and Vocal Group of the Year award.
