Christine Hall, a 66-year-old law librarian from Alexandria, Virginia, USA claims she lost 85 pounds on the “Starbucks diet,” international news sites reported on Friday, September 14, 2012.

According to a report from NBCNews.com, Hall went from 190 pounds to 114 pounds during a two-year period when she only consumed foods from Starbucks. She tracked her calorie intake and made sure that she was eating a healthy variety of foods approved by her doctor.
“It’s not like I’m having a bagel every day. I’m mixing it up and making sure I get protein, fruits and vegetables,” Hall reportedly said.
According to reports, Hall‘s daily diet includes:
- One tall black Americano (15cal)
- Oatmeal (140cal)
- Bistro salad box (360cal)
- Tomato and mozzarella panini (390cal)
“I’m so blessed with good health. I sleep like a baby and I have tons of energy. It’s great,” Hall was quoted as saying by the Inquisitr.
