A Quezon City court has denied ABS-CBN’s petition against Willing Willie, the upcoming TV show of Willie Revillame at TV5, as reported at Inquirer a few hours ago.

RTC Branch 84 Judge Luisito Cortez was said to have refused the earlier request of ABS-CBN to not allow their former TV host to work with another TV network, particularly on Kapatid Network TV5.

As published at Inquirer, the court said ABS-CBN ‘failed to state its purpose for which it wanted Willie Revillame to produce the TV5 contract for examination’.

However, the same court also denied the appeal of Willie Revillame to dismiss ABS-CBN’s counter suit worth P486 million filed against him, the news report said.

But for the meantime, Willie Revillame’s new TV show at TV5, Willing Willie, will start tomorrow, October 23, from 6:30 pm to 8:30pm, as reported earlier.
