Manila, Philippines – Beauty queen and actress Precious Lara Quigaman married model-actor Marco Alcaraz today, Sunday, July 8, 2012, as shown in the photo below, at the Hacienda Isabella in Tagaytay City, where the reception is set to take place, with the wedding earlier set in October this year.

As exclusively covered by ABS-CBN‘s “The Buzz” on Sunday afternoon, the Precious Lara Quigaman-Marco Alcaraz wedding, which started at around 4 p.m. (local time), had a Vintage-Travel theme and Precious Lara‘s wedding gown was designed by fashion designer Veejay Floresca.
The wedding was officiated by their close friend, Pastor John Vidal Gay of the Without Walls Ministries, with Camarines Sur Governor Luis Villafuerte Jr., former Senator Juan Miguel Zubiri, and ABS-CBN channel head Cory Vidanes as among the principal sponsors.
Quigaman, 29, who won the 2005 Miss International beauty pageant held in Tokyo, Japan, walked down the aisle, which was created over a swimming pool, to a rendition of Rascal Flatt‘s “Bless The Broken Road”; and was attended by the couple’s family and close friends within and outside showbiz.
Valerie Concepcion, who reportedly introduced the couple to each other three years ago, was one of the bridesmaids, and actor Luis Alandi was Alcaraz‘s best man; while Gerald Anderson, Maja Salvador, Alfred Vargas, Jason Abalos, Carlene Aguilar, and Paolo Paraiso were part of the entourage.
Alcaraz, who turns 28 this coming Thursday, July 12, is a GMA Network talent and has appeared in various ‘Kapuso’ TV series including “Broken Vow” that ended last month; while Precious Lara has made some movies, which include Star Cinema‘s “The Healing” to be shown this coming July 25 and stars Vilma Santos and Kim Chiu.
