Odyssey of the Mind: 2011 World Finals Set on May 27 to May 30

Odyssey of the Mind 2011 World Finals, an international competition, is set on May 27 to May 30, at the University of Maryland.

This contest is conducted annually by the Odyssey of the Mind website.

According to the website, the team members compete with each other in solving problems making use of their creativity, ingenious tools and teamwork.

The competition includes about 25 countries, with each country conducting its own local and state contests before the World Finals.

The 32nd Odyssey of the Mind World Finals includes students in all levels from kindergarten to college. It aims to promote education through sharing of cultures while maximizing their creativity in solving problems.

The competition also has the purpose of developing friendships across borders and countries.
