NBA Schedules 2012: Complete NBA Schedule of Games on MLK Day

The NBA has scheduled 11 games on January 16, 2012, Martin Luther King, Jr. Day, according to a published 2012 NBA Schedules at NBA.com.
First game on schedule is the Orlando Magic (8-3) taking on the New York Knicks (6-6) at the Madison Square Garden at 1:00 p.m. ET. Earlier reports say that Knicks forward Carmelo Anthony, who sprained his ankle and injured his left wrist, will be re-evaluated before tip-off.
Simultaneous with the Knicks vs Magic game is the Chicago Bulls (12-2) vs Memphis Grizzlies (5-6) matchup. The Bulls currently holds a 1-0 edge in their regular season series against the Grizzlies.
The main match-up of the 11-games on schedule is the LA Lakers (9-5) vs the defending NBA champion Dallas Mavericks (8-5). The Mavericks will play the Lakers at their home court in Staples Center, Los Angeles, CA at 10:30 p.m. ET.
