LeBron James scored 32 points and pulled down 15 rebounds to lead the Miami Heat win over the Indiana Pacers, 95-86, in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference semifinal series on Sunday, May 13, 2012, according to NBA.com. James was presented his third NBA MVP trophy by Commissioner David Stern during a pregame ceremony at the American Airlines Arena, Miami, FL.
Dwyane Wade added 29 points for the Miami. Chris Bosh had 13 points for the Heat despite leaving the game late in the first half due to a lower abdominal injury.
Miami won the game by outscoring Indiana 25-16 in the fourth quarter. Wade and James scored 22 of those points.
David West and Roy Hibbert each scored 17 points for Indiana. Darren Collison and George Hill had 10 points each for the Pacers. Danny Granger shot 1 for 10 from the field and scored only seven points for the Pacers.
Game 2 of the Eastern Conference Semifinals between the Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers will be played on Tuesday, May 15 at the American Airlines Arena, Miami, FL.
