Jake Ejercito tweets about Andi Eigenmann being pregnant, “I am not her first boyfriend”

Manila, Philippines – Jake Ejercito used his Twitter account to explain his side about Andi Eigenmann being pregnant, which earlier rumors said that he could be the father of the baby.

On Wednesday, June 29, 2011, Andi’s mother and veteran actress Jacklyn Jose confirmed in an interview at TV Patrol that her daughter is 18 weeks (or 4 months) pregnant.

Ms. Jose did not reveal the identity of the father but noted that it was Andi’s first boyfriend and apparently left her after getting her pregnant.

“I’d just like to ask everyone not to jump into conclusions and misinterpret what has been said. I am not Andi’s first boyfriend,” Ejercito tweeted a few hours after the revelation of Jacklyn Jose.

“Let us just respect and pray for her, her baby, and family,” he added, who is the son of former President Joseph “Erap” Estrada to former actress Laarni Enriquez.

Earlier reports say that he and Andi Eigenmann were last seen together in an event; while others rumors said that Andi Eigenmann’s boyfriend is Albie Casino, also a Star Magic talent.

Meanwhile, the 20-year old “Agua Bendita” star has been confirmed to remain as mainstay at ABS-CBN‘s TV series “Minsan Lang Kita Iibigin (MLKI)“, where she plays the role of Gabriel, a female soldier.

“Andi Eigenmann is with MLKI. That’s the official statement.” MLKI advertising and promotions manager Biboy Arboleda was quoted at ABS-CBN News on Thursday.
