Herman Cain Leads Recent Iowa Poll, with Mitt Romney in Close Second

Former pizza executive Herman Cain leads the recent Des Moines, Iowa Poll with 23%, while former governor Mitt Romney came in a close second with 22%. This was revealed by various international news sites, October 29 & 30, 2011.
Cain and Romney reportedly led the Des Moines Register’s poll even if they have not frequently visited Iowa.
Congressman Ron Paul has 12% to rank 3rd, Congresswoman Michele Bachmann got 8%, placing 4th. This is in their bid for the Republican’s presidential nomination.
Additional reports stated that the Iowa poll is considered a much-awaited indicator of the status of the candidates for the presidential nominations.
