The Google Shopper app for iPhone is now available at iTunes Store for free, following the release of Google Shopper app version 1.3 for Android phones last November, as announced by Google on Wednesday.
As published at Google Mobile Blog, this Google Shopper app will serve as shopping assistant not only to help shoppers to choose the best product but also to save money while shopping.
With this latest app from Google, shoppers can read product reviews; compare prices, product inventory of a particular store branch, which is being considered as a very helpful tool to last-minute shoppers.
In addition, shoppers have two search options, which is either through the search box or by Voice Search; and products can be shared with their friends across social networks or even save them for future consideration.
As of this writing, Google said that only iPhone users from the US and UK can download this Google Shopper app (English only) at the Apple App store, and is compatible with iPhone 3GS and iPhone 4 with iOS 4.0 and up.
