Former Brad Pitt house sold for $13M

A former Brad Pitt house was sold by Ellen DeGeneres and Portia de Rossi for $13 million, according to a report by Trulia Luxe Living.
The Malibu mansion, with an area of about 4,088 square-foot, was reportedly bought by the couple from Pitt in December 2011 for $12 million.
Reports say that the Pitt beach side house has an overlooking view of the Pacific Ocean and Point Mugu State Park.
The four bedroom property also boasts a private sandy beach cove and the interior has a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances, floors made in bamboo, glass walls that see through the ocean, and a pool.
Ellen and Portia recently bought an 8,500 square foot property, built in 1958 and designed by architect Hal Levitt.
