Romelyn Carpio and Reginald Laco are both from De La Salle University Lipa. Carpio was 1st tied with an examinee from Bicol University while Laco was on 2nd place tied with 2 other examinees on the recent CPA board exam. Wow! (Source)

What would you do if you discover tons of bombs at your backyard? This is what happened to Herminiano Abrenica. He reported it immediately to the police and they recovered about 4 tons of bombs and 3 sacks of black powder weighing 150 kilograms! See the picture after the jump.

According to news reports, 214 vintage bombs were discovered at Barangay Sta. Maria, Bauan, Batangas. Hmmm. I might start digging at our backyard too. We are just 20-minute drive away from that barangay.

Last Saturday, we went to SM Batangas to watch Mag-ingat ka sa Kulam. We were surprised to see so many people on the mall. Parking lots were full. Lots of people roaming around.

Apparently, we didn’t know that it was the 3rd day of their 3-day sale. Oh, people love buying stuff on sale. That’s why.

Well, we were able to watch the movie. We bought some books on National Bookstore after the movie. Then, after checking some of the items on sale, we went home.

On this post, I will compile a list of free Wifi hot spots in Batangas.
