Fan falls from escalator at MetLife Stadium after watching the Giants-Redskins game

As noted at Fox News on Sunday night, New Jersey State Police said the unidentified man fell more than 20 feet from the escalator of the Giants Stadium replacement at around 4 p.m.
The incident reportedly happened while he was leaving the said stadium, along with around 80,000 football fans who watched the game.
According to the report, the 42-year-old fan is critically hurt and was immediately airlifted to Hackensack University Hospital for treatment. Sgt.
Adam Grossman said it is not yet clear why he fell but noted that the victim landed on a metal stage and suffered several head injuries.
As of this writing, local authorities are still conducting a thorough investigation on the incident.
