The controversial TV show of Willie Revillame on TV5, Willing Willie will start on October 23.

The decision of the court on Willy Revillame’s new TV show at TV5 will be released on October 15, ABS-CBN reported today.

According to the news, the Quezon City Regional Trial Court (RTC) did not issue a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) during the hearing conducted this morning, as told by ABS-CBN‘s lawyer Maxim Uy.

This is relation with the petition filed by ABS-CBN Corporation last Tuesday requesting the court to stop its former TV host Willie Revillame to appear on his upcoming show on TV5.

However, the lawyer said that if Willie Revillame decided that his new show will be aired before October 15, then they cannot do anything.

The show the lawyer is referring to is “Willing Willie”, which was earlier reported to be scheduled to start on October 23.

Meanwhile, Willie Revillame was present on the hearing today and meet face-to-face the lawyers of his former employer, ABS-CBN.

On a brief interview, he said he is very thankful to ABS-CBN Chairman Gabby Lopez Jr. and President Charo Santos-Concio for giving him the chance to be a host, although he said he now wants to work for a network that wants him.

Willie Revillame came in with his lawyers and entertainment writer-host Lolit Solis, and waved to some fans who greeted him.
