ABS-CBN requests TRO against Willie Revillame on his new TV5 show

ABS-CBN Kapamilya Network today filed a petition at the Quezon City Regional Trial Court against Willie Revillame on his upcoming show on TV5, which was said to premiere on October 23.
The broadcasting company, according to their website is requesting a Temporary Restraining Order (TRO) against the defunct TV show Wowowee host, to stop the latter ‘from committing further violations to his contract with the network’.
In a 38-page petition filed by ABS-CBN, the court appeal is set to prevent Willie Revillame from creating or performing work in companies that are direct competitors of ABS-CBN, particularly ABC5’s new show that has a supposed title of Willing Willie.
This step of ABS-CBN is being expected as the network earlier claims that Revillame is still under contract with them.
It all started when Revillame allegedly violated the behavioral provisions of his contract after he threatened the ABS-CBN management last May.
On a particular episode of the former TV show Wowowee, Willie Revillame announced that he will resign from the show if the management will not fire another artist of the network.
After leading one issue to another, until Willie Revillame filed a P11-million suit against ABS-CBN last month.
Later, ABS-CBN filed a P426.92 million countersuit against Willie Revillame, including a P20-M payment for moral and exemplary damages, as well as for attorney’s fees and litigation expenses.

For me its a bad Karma is happening to the ABS-CBN right now. Hindi nagyabang si willie, he did the right thing its all about principles, eh maliwanag na inilag-lag siya ng ABS-CBN. He warned the station not to attack him also its in the agreement that should not criticize the Kapamilya or co-employee pero ano ang ginawa nila sige ang criticize ni socaldito na sugo ng mga matataas na official ng ABS-CBN.
Everybody should understand Willie reactions he fought because of his principle. “Ang taong-walang prensipyo sa buhay ay mas mabaho pa sa malansang isda” Finally willie made his decision that ABS-CBN did not understand pinamili niya sila. He said, si Socaldito o Ako, Fire that f*(((*&)#’n Socaldito or I will quit. Ang pinili ng mga hunghang ay si socaldito not Willie, that’s big big big mistake because they are naive don’t know how to run the station, they thought they are the most important than the talent. at tsaka they felt envious with willie because he is raking million of money.
Dito sa US look at OPRAH, LETTERMAN, JAY LENO etc. they are the king of their own can’t be done to interfere from anybody even the owner of the station. Sayang, ipinagpalit nila yong goldfish (Willie) to delis o alamang, hahahahaha! kasi mga alamang ang laman ng utak ng mga selosong hunghang. Kahit saan angle ka titingin sa kaso nila, ABS-CBN is the one who ripped the contract from top to the bottom. Kahit grade one lang inabot ko I can comprehend the case it is crystal clear talo ang ABS-CBN. GOOD LUCK WILLING WELLIE THE SHOW!!!!
Just a minor nitpick, ABC5 is dead. It’s now known as TV5
It seems ABS-CBN is going hystirical ngayong malapit na ang bagong show ni Willie sa isang maliit na istasyon. Bakit ba takot na takot sila sa sinasabi nilang bastos at mayabang na Willie? Hay ABS-CBN, gumising na nga kayo at pabayaang mamuhay ang ibang tao…
