President Noynoy Aquino showed support for his sister, Kris, during the premier showing of “Dalaw” (Visit) at the Trinoma Theater, Quezon City. This is according to local entertainment reports, December 19, 2010, GMT.

President Aquino said in an interview that it was his way of showing “support” for his younger sister’s career as an actress and as a co producer of the film “Dalaw”. The president in his yellow signature polo was all smiles as he and his sister, Kris happily talked to guests.
President Aquino’s rumored girlfriend Liz Uy, was also there, but she came and left quietly, apparently avoiding media exposure.
Kris Aquino has been doing a lot of horror movies, like “Feng Shui” and a few more, that moviegoers and critics have began to categorize her as a horror superstar.
In this recent movie, Kris displayed an in-depth portrayal of Stella, who was haunted by her husband’s death. Kris has given a powerful and impeccable portrayal of the protagonist, that she earned the nods of even her staunchest critics.
The movie was also superbly crafted by the director of the film, Dondon Santos with each scene building up a level of fear that would make you scream with horror at the most unexpected moments .
James Yap, Kris’ estranged husband, appeared as a double for Kris’ leading man, Diether Ocampo, in an intimate scene that required more than showing skin.
The movie, “Dalaw” is Kris Aquino’s entry for the 36th Metro Manila Film Festival, which would run in theaters nationwide, for the holiday season. “Dalaw” is predicted to be a winning film in the Metro Manila Film Festival and is expected to capture several of the trophies during the Awards Night done after the festival.
